中(zhong)國教育報-中(zhong)國教育新聞網訊(記者 周洪(hong)松)日前,河北省教育廳下發《關(guan)于做好2023屆普(pu)通(tong)(tong)高校畢(bi)業(ye)生就業(ye)創業(ye)工(gong)作的通(tong)(tong)知》,要求各(ge)地各(ge)高校健全困(kun)難(nan)群體(ti)就業(ye)幫扶機制,精準開展重點(dian)群體(ti)就業(ye)幫扶。
河北(bei)強(qiang)調(diao),各(ge)地各(ge)高(gao)校(xiao)要(yao)建立(li)幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)臺賬,按(an)照“一人一檔”“一人一策”精準(zhun)開(kai)展(zhan)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。要(yao)進(jin)一步健全幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu)責任制,重(zhong)點關注脫貧家(jia)(jia)庭(ting)、低保(bao)家(jia)(jia)庭(ting)、零就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)家(jia)(jia)庭(ting)、殘疾等困難(nan)高(gao)校(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng),強(qiang)化對(dui)少數(shu)民(min)族以及新疆籍(ji)、西藏籍(ji)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)困難(nan)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。各(ge)高(gao)校(xiao)和院系領導(dao)班子成員、就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)指導(dao)教師、班主任、專任教師、輔導(dao)員等要(yao)與困難(nan)學(xue)生(sheng)開(kai)展(zhan)“一對(dui)一”結(jie)對(dui)幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu),確保(bao)每一個(ge)困難(nan)學(xue)生(sheng)都得到有(you)效幫(bang)助。有(you)條件的(de)高(gao)校(xiao),可(ke)適(shi)度擴大結(jie)對(dui)幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu)范圍(wei),幫(bang)助更多的(de)學(xue)生(sheng)順利實現就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)。持(chi)續(xu)做好離校(xiao)未就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)不斷線服(fu)務。
河北(bei)明確,從2023年(nian)起(qi),全(quan)省(sheng)將(jiang)建立高校(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)去向登記制(zhi)度,將(jiang)其(qi)作(zuo)為(wei)高校(xiao)(xiao)為(wei)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)辦理離(li)校(xiao)(xiao)手(shou)續(xu)的必要環節。嚴格(ge)落(luo)實就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)統計(ji)監測(ce)工作(zuo)“四不準”“三嚴禁”要求(qiu),嚴格(ge)執行畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)統計(ji)監測(ce)工作(zuo)違規(gui)處理辦法。還將(jiang)進一步完善(shan)(shan)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)與招生(sheng)(sheng)培養聯動(dong)機制(zhi),各高校(xiao)(xiao)建立完善(shan)(shan)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)與招生(sheng)(sheng)、培養聯動(dong)的有效機制(zhi),完善(shan)(shan)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)狀(zhuang)況預(yu)警監測(ce),深入(ru)開展(zhan)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)狀(zhuang)況跟蹤調(diao)(diao)查(cha),按照教育部要求(qiu)高質量(liang)(liang)完成畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)質量(liang)(liang)年(nian)度報告,并(bing)將(jiang)其(qi)作(zuo)為(wei)優化專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)結構調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)的重(zhong)要依(yi)據。結合本(ben)省(sheng)經(jing)濟社會(hui)發展(zhan)趨勢,全(quan)面(mian)提(ti)高人才培養質量(liang)(liang),提(ti)升畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)競(jing)爭力(li)與創新創業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)能力(li)。繼續(xu)把高校(xiao)(xiao)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就(jiu)(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)狀(zhuang)況作(zuo)為(wei)“雙(shuang)*”建設成效評(ping)價、學科專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)設置(zhi)和(he)評(ping)估、招生(sheng)(sheng)計(ji)劃安排等(deng)工作(zuo)的重(zhong)要依(yi)據。
