記者(zhe)近(jin)日了(le)解到,為進(jin)一步推(tui)進(jin)全國(guo)文(wen)(wen)明城市(shi)創建,蘭州(zhou)市(shi)市(shi)場監(jian)督(du)管理(li)局在(zai)全市(shi)范(fan)圍內(nei)各類(lei)餐(can)(can)廳、賓館、飯店、食(shi)堂等(deng)餐(can)(can)飲(yin)行(xing)業(ye)內(nei)推(tui)動(dong)文(wen)(wen)明餐(can)(can)桌行(xing)動(dong),大力推(tui)廣使用公(gong)筷公(gong)勺(shao)分餐(can)(can)夾,加強餐(can)(can)飲(yin)業(ye)衛生管理(li),6月1日,蘭州(zhou)市(shi)市(shi)場監(jian)管局發布《推(tui)動(dong)文(wen)(wen)明餐(can)(can)桌暨公(gong)筷公(gong)勺(shao)分餐(can)(can)夾健康分餐(can)(can)行(xing)動(dong)的通(tong)告》。
《通告(gao)》指出,各(ge)餐(can)飲單(dan)位應按(an)照《甘肅省(sheng)文明行(xing)(xing)(xing)為促進條(tiao)例》的有關規(gui)定,采用(yong)廣(guang)告(gao)牌(pai)、電子屏(ping)、牌(pai)桌、電子點餐(can)系統等(deng)公(gong)(gong)眾接受程度高(gao)的方式加大宣傳,在(zai)餐(can)廳醒(xing)目位置懸(xuan)掛、張貼或擺放(fang)公(gong)(gong)筷(kuai)公(gong)(gong)勺(shao)分(fen)餐(can)夾使用(yong)提(ti)示(shi)(shi),按(an)要求(qiu)配備公(gong)(gong)筷(kuai)公(gong)(gong)勺(shao)分(fen)餐(can)夾,設立公(gong)(gong)筷(kuai)公(gong)(gong)勺(shao)分(fen)餐(can)夾專用(yong)存放(fang)區(qu),規(gui)范(fan)服務提(ti)示(shi)(shi)用(yong)語,并落實到送餐(can)、上菜、去污等(deng)環節(jie)(jie)的服務流程中,納入日常餐(can)飲服務管(guan)理,確保(bao)公(gong)(gong)筷(kuai)公(gong)(gong)勺(shao)分(fen)餐(can)夾全覆蓋。要在(zai)經(jing)營(ying)場(chang)所(suo)顯(xian)著位置展(zhan)示(shi)(shi)社會主(zhu)義核(he)心價值觀、“講文明樹新風”公(gong)(gong)益(yi)廣(guang)告(gao)宣傳及行(xing)(xing)(xing)業規(gui)范(fan),設置“遵德守(shou)禮”“節(jie)(jie)儉(jian)養德”或“文明餐(can)桌”“光盤(pan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)動”溫馨(xin)提(ti)示(shi)(shi)及文明就餐(can)宣傳畫(提(ti)示(shi)(shi)牌(pai)),提(ti)醒(xing)就餐(can)者(zhe)按(an)需適量點餐(can);各(ge)旅游景區(qu)接待單(dan)位、“農(nong)家(jia)樂”還應設有文明旅游的告(gao)知、文明旅游提(ti)醒(xing)標語等(deng),積極(ji)倡導(dao)綠色消費(fei)、堅決反對鋪(pu)張浪費(fei)文明就餐(can)行(xing)(xing)(xing)為。
《通告》要求(qiu),要確(que)保(bao)(bao)餐(can)(can)(can)飲場所干(gan)凈舒適整潔,確(que)保(bao)(bao)餐(can)(can)(can)飲場所誠信文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)經營。要堅決杜絕餐(can)(can)(can)桌(zhuo)浪(lang)費(fei)可恥(chi)行(xing)為(wei),蘭州市(shi)賓(bin)館、飯(fan)店(dian)、酒店(dian)、單位食堂(tang)等各(ge)類餐(can)(can)(can)飲單位要持續開展(zhan)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)餐(can)(can)(can)桌(zhuo)等宣(xuan)傳活(huo)動,掀起(qi)節約光榮(rong)、浪(lang)費(fei)可恥(chi)等良好氛圍,積極推(tui)進(jin)光盤(pan)行(xing)動,“吃多少,點多少”,“不剩飯(fan),不剩菜”,全力提升(sheng)餐(can)(can)(can)桌(zhuo)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)水平,弘揚中華民族勤(qin)儉(jian)節約的傳統美德。各(ge)縣區市(shi)場監(jian)管部(bu)門要常態化開展(zhan)“一月一主(zhu)題(ti)”餐(can)(can)(can)桌(zhuo)不文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)行(xing)為(wei)專項整治活(huo)動,督促各(ge)餐(can)(can)(can)飲場所嚴格按(an)照本(ben)通告要求(qiu),確(que)保(bao)(bao)餐(can)(can)(can)桌(zhuo)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)常態化、持續提升(sheng)。同時(shi)倡議(yi)消(xiao)費(fei)者積極響應“文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)健(jian)康、有你有我(wo)”、公筷公勺?健(jian)康分餐(can)(can)(can)倡議(yi)活(huo)動,從根本(ben)上避免通過唾液(ye)傳播(bo)病原體的機會,努力踐行(xing)文(wen)明(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)健(jian)康生活(huo)方(fang)式,推(tui)動綠(lv)色(se)消(xiao)費(fei)、健(jian)康消(xiao)費(fei)。
