建(jian)設(she)*專業,不斷提(ti)(ti)高人才培(pei)養(yang)質量,關(guan)鍵是(shi)要創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)教育,在(zai)改(gai)革(ge)(ge)中(zhong)(zhong)充(chong)分(fen)利(li)用資源、開拓新(xin)(xin)思(si)路。聊城大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)文(wen)(wen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院現有漢(han)語(yu)言(yan)文(wen)(wen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、廣(guang)播電視學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)和秘書學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)三個(ge)本科專業,其中(zhong)(zhong)漢(han)語(yu)言(yan)文(wen)(wen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)專業為*特色(se)專業和**本科專業建(jian)設(she)點(dian)。近年來,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院“立足(zu)魯西、面向全國(guo)”,秉承卓越教師培(pei)養(yang)理念,以習近平新(xin)(xin)時代中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色(se)社會主義思(si)想(xiang)鑄魂育人,形成了以學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生為中(zhong)(zhong)心,立足(zu)師德師風和課程思(si)政(zheng),交叉融合“語(yu)言(yan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)+文(wen)(wen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)+語(yu)文(wen)(wen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)”,著力提(ti)(ti)升普通話、書法、閱讀、寫作、口語(yu)表達五項(xiang)技(ji)能的“1235”人才培(pei)養(yang)模式(shi)。2021年秋季(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)期開學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)伊始,文(wen)(wen)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院結(jie)合新(xin)(xin)生入校推(tui)出了新(xin)(xin)的教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)改(gai)革(ge)(ge)。
在授課上校外*與校內教師相結合
為(wei)(wei)拓展授(shou)(shou)課資源,讓學(xue)生接受更多業內*的指導,學(xue)院(yuan)采取校(xiao)(xiao)外*與校(xiao)(xiao)內教師相結合的新(xin)舉措。新(xin)生入學(xue)后,學(xue)院(yuan)邀(yao)請北京師范大(da)學(xue)等(deng)校(xiao)(xiao)*教授(shou)(shou)和校(xiao)(xiao)內教授(shou)(shou)共同(tong)為(wei)(wei)大(da)一400余名學(xue)生上“新(xin)生研討課”。課程針(zhen)對新(xin)生從高中到大(da)學(xue)轉(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)常見的焦(jiao)(jiao)慮、茫然等(deng)現象(xiang),專門開設(she)。校(xiao)(xiao)內、校(xiao)(xiao)外多位(wei)教授(shou)(shou)分別從“身份的轉(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)”“學(xue)習(xi)方式轉(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)”“學(xue)習(xi)與學(xue)術”“人生與讀書(shu)”等(deng)角度切入,生動形象(xiang)地展現大(da)學(xue)生活的特點。多位(wei)教授(shou)(shou)用豐富的經驗和知識為(wei)(wei)新(xin)生保(bao)駕(jia)護航(hang),不僅(jin)消除焦(jiao)(jiao)慮,還為(wei)(wei)新(xin)學(xue)期帶來了新(xin)氣象(xiang)。
在師范生培養上理論學習與實際能力相結合
為拓(tuo)展學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)力(li),聊城大(da)學(xue)文學(xue)院(yuan)把理論知識和實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)能(neng)力(li)相結合(he)。該(gai)學(xue)院(yuan)秉承(cheng)師(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)教(jiao)育傳統,響應國家應用型(xing)研究生(sheng)(sheng)培養的(de)號召(zhao),每年(nian)招收40余名免費師(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)生(sheng)(sheng)、300余名本(ben)科師(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)生(sheng)(sheng)和60余名教(jiao)育碩(shuo)士(shi)。學(xue)院(yuan)以師(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)專業認證(zheng)為契機,把師(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)生(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)技能(neng)作為教(jiao)育改革(ge)的(de)重心。近年(nian)來,“三位一體”協同(tong)(tong)育人機制(zhi)不斷(duan)完(wan)善,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現高校教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)與優秀(xiu)中(zhong)學(xue)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)共同(tong)(tong)指(zhi)導教(jiao)育實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)的(de)“雙導師(shi)(shi)”制(zhi)度。尤其在(zai)基地(di)建設上(shang),文學(xue)院(yuan)黨總(zong)支書(shu)記(ji)辛業強調(diao)按照“優勢互補、資源共享、互惠雙贏、共同(tong)(tong)發展”的(de)原則遴選實(shi)(shi)(shi)習基地(di),為師(shi)(shi)范(fan)(fan)生(sheng)(sheng)、教(jiao)育碩(shuo)士(shi)的(de)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)(jian)技能(neng)訓練提供良好的(de)條件。
在教學方式上學生課題與社會文化資源相結合
為(wei)(wei)拓(tuo)展教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)內容(rong),豐富學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)術(shu)(shu)研究,學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)把地(di)方社(she)會(hui)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化、學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)(xue)術(shu)(shu)傳統和學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)課題(ti)(ti)相(xiang)結合。學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)課題(ti)(ti)是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)近年來教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)改革、提升教(jiao)育質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)突破口,旨在讓學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)參與學(xue)(xue)術(shu)(shu)研究,以課題(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)方式發現問題(ti)(ti)、自(zi)主學(xue)(xue)習(xi)。今(jin)年,學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)特別重(zhong)(zhong)視聊城當地(di)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要社(she)會(hui)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化資源。文(wen)(wen)(wen)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)副院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)長盧(lu)軍強調,傅斯年、季羨林、薛綏之(zhi)、王富仁(ren)等(deng)知(zhi)名學(xue)(xue)者不僅是(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)術(shu)(shu)資源,也(ye)是(shi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)重(zhong)(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)資源。用當地(di)社(she)會(hui)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化資源作為(wei)(wei)課題(ti)(ti),不僅能讓新生(sheng)(sheng)盡(jin)快熟悉(xi)當地(di)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化,對(dui)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化心生(sheng)(sheng)親切,還有助(zhu)于拓(tuo)寬學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)視野,延續地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)脈(mo)。
