中國(guo)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)報(bao)-中國(guo)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)新聞(wen)(wen)網北京12月24日訊(xun)(記者 趙秀紅 王家(jia)源)“‘十三(san)五’期間,高(gao)校教(jiao)(jiao)材數量(liang)持續增長,類型更加(jia)豐富(fu),我國(guo)正式出版的(de)、版權頁標注‘教(jiao)(jiao)材’字樣的(de)高(gao)校新增教(jiao)(jiao)材數量(liang)達4.3萬余種。”在教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部今(jin)天(tian)召開的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)2020“收官”系(xi)列(lie)第(di)七場(chang)新聞(wen)(wen)發(fa)布會上,教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部高(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)司(si)一級巡(xun)視(shi)員宋毅介紹說。
“除此之(zhi)外,還有數量更為(wei)(wei)龐大的教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)參考書、教(jiao)(jiao)輔用書以及(ji)未(wei)標識(shi)為(wei)(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)但實際作為(wei)(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)使用的出版物。”他表示,總的來看,高校(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)材(cai)建(jian)設(she)有兩(liang)方面(mian)特征:一是門(men)類(lei)齊(qi)全、品(pin)種豐富。二是類(lei)型多(duo)樣、適用性提升(sheng)。
宋毅表示,“十三五”時期,教(jiao)育部深入貫徹(che)落實黨中央(yang)、國(guo)務(wu)院決策部署,推動高校(xiao)教(jiao)材建設,堅(jian)持價值(zhi)引(yin)領、堅(jian)守質(zhi)量為本、推進(jin)(jin)改革創新、完(wan)善(shan)監督(du)保障,適應(ying)我國(guo)高等教(jiao)育從大眾化邁(mai)入普及(ji)化階段發展(zhan)(zhan)需(xu)要,與(yu)專(zhuan)業、課程改革同步,持續推進(jin)(jin)教(jiao)材建設提(ti)高質(zhi)量、創新發展(zhan)(zhan)。
“強化教材育人功能,把教材作為加強高校(xiao)思政(zheng)工作的重要(yao)載(zai)體,作為全面(mian)推進課程思政(zheng)建設的重要(yao)抓手。”他表示,一是(shi)強化價值(zhi)引領,助推專(zhuan)業教育與思政(zheng)教育相(xiang)融合。二是(shi)立(li)足中國(guo)實踐,反(fan)映(ying)國(guo)情民情。三是(shi)緊跟時(shi)代步(bu)伐,服務國(guo)家需求(qiu)。
值得(de)關(guan)注的(de)(de)是,“十三(san)五”期(qi)間,我國(guo)搶抓新技術(shu)帶來的(de)(de)歷史機遇(yu),推出了一大批(pi)紙(zhi)質+數(shu)字(zi)化(hua)資源教材,以及(ji)融合互(hu)聯網、人工(gong)智能等信(xin)息技術(shu)的(de)(de)虛擬現(xian)實、增強現(xian)實、配套移動軟件等表現(xian)豐富的(de)(de)多介(jie)質教材。
高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)融入專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)、課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)一(yi)體化建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)與改(gai)革,有效保障了(le)培(pei)養質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)。“*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)、*課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)全面推進,專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)、課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)與教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材一(yi)體化建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)與改(gai)革已經成為高(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育深(shen)化教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)改(gai)革、提高(gao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)的(de)(de)重要保證。”宋毅就此介紹了(le)三(san)方面工作(zuo),一(yi)是將(jiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)與選(xuan)用(yong)納(na)(na)入本(ben)科(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)國(guo)家標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)。2018年,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育部發布《普通(tong)高(gao)等(deng)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)本(ben)科(ke)(ke)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)類教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)國(guo)家標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)》,針對本(ben)科(ke)(ke)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)1049門專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)基礎課(ke)(ke)(ke)和3676門專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)核(he)(he)心課(ke)(ke)(ke),制定了(le)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材及參(can)考書目的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)與選(xuan)用(yong)規(gui)范,鼓勵高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)選(xuan)用(yong)規(gui)劃教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材、精(jing)品教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材等(deng)優秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材。二是將(jiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材編(bian)寫(xie)與選(xuan)用(yong)納(na)(na)入*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)和*課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)。自2019年起,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育部面向全國(guo)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)開展(zhan)*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)、*課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)遴選(xuan),把優秀教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)作(zuo)為*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)、*課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)的(de)(de)“硬指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)”,形成了(le)“*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)” “*課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)”引領“*教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材”建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),“*教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材”建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)支(zhi)撐“*專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)”“*課(ke)(ke)(ke)程(cheng)”的(de)(de)良性發展(zhan)局面。三(san)是將(jiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)與選(xuan)用(yong)納(na)(na)入質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)監管系(xi)統。陸續(xu)將(jiang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)與選(xuan)用(yong)納(na)(na)入高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)本(ben)科(ke)(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)工作(zuo)合格評估(gu)、審核(he)(he)評估(gu)以及“雙*”建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)考察(cha)范圍(wei),強化質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)跟蹤(zong)與監管。
